Erin Zimmermann, co-founder of Periscope Theory, LLC, has over a decade of nonprofit and volunteer experience. Some of her highlights include helping corporations develop, track, and evaluate their employee volunteer programs; working on a global project on high performing board and CEO partnerships; launching Colorado Reading Corps in two school districts; and securing several federal grants.

Erin is a Leadership Loveland Alumni, 40 Under 40 award recipient, United Way Worldwide Fellow, and a self-proclaimed life-long learner. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Colorado State University and a M.S. in Counseling from University of Phoenix. She seeks out challenges and opportunities to grow, and believes everyone has a story to tell, if someone is willing to listen.
